I gave myself a cte and a concussion bonemashing I have been in the hospital for a week now they are doing brainscans and making sure im okay should I keep bonemashing or?

yeh I had to hide from the doctors so I hid it in my ass I have really strong pelvic floor muscles cuz i have been ass maxxing
