Hey guys I wanted some tips on how to increase my test naturally and also my bone mass and density. I have a pretty clean and healthy diet and workout regularly. My diet often consists of protein(meat, chicken, or fish) carbs(potatoes or rice) and and veggies or salad I have available to me. I do 25% protein 25% carbs and 50% veggies of all meals sometimes I even forget the carbs and do 50 50 protein and veggies. I also take vitamins and dietary supplements which are included in the attached photo, it isn’t in there but I also take zinc. Any tips help. Thanks
