So maybe some of you know about how vibrations increase bone density and formation https://www.health.harvard.edu/news...rations_can_improve_bone_increase_muscle_mass here is study. I know there have been people already disscusing this topic here but they always talk about full body vibrations. What I was thinking is using vibration on facial bones (could be done with massage gun). I have attached some anecdotal evidence of people getting bone mass from this. What do you think?

Is this satire?

No, it definitely does promote bone density and strength.

This doesn't account for bone VOLUME which actually contributes to what you look. MAYBE a few millimeters more prominent...?

Do you steal your mums vibrator and rub it all over your face to get the extra few millimeters of bones now

Can you tell me the source of this, like what YouTube vid
