Im getting a herbst appliance due to my recession so i think that will also contribute to my journey to htn, but be honest bro am i boneless or do i have decent bone mass

You have some bones, they will show more when you’re leaner.

I don’t know much about the herbst appliance, but make sure you do your homework lad.

My jaw is pushed backwards due to teeth positioning causing my recession, and the appliance pushes the mandibula forward to match with the upper jaw also causing my lower third to become taller
