lets say that you have done a dexa scan and your bone mineral density is low
you start to supplement the minerals yo are missing+weightlifting and your bone mineral density goes back to normal


will your wrists, femur become thicker from the outside aswell?(Not just dexa) irl changes

I'm really curious about this tbh but I would assume the answer is yes. (Although you will have to workout and suppliment for years to see a small difference)

No.

Plus I have a feeling you don't understand what density means. It is ρ=m/V. Meaning more mineral desposits and hydroxyapatite in the same volume.
