i started in the first day with 500mcg of both peds then 1000mcg a day was i stupid or it's okay btw thanks for help most ppl would call me names

yeah pretty stupid. do research, ur only 16 and its alr not recommended to do peds at this age

keep going at normal doses

recomended 5 times this week , also yea you said 250mcg now 1000mcg thats pretty stuppid gng lower a bit like 200mcg-300mcg
