Bone plates gh and height

are my wrist bone plates closed ? I’m 18 and do you think any of my other plates would be open, would taking gh infinigrib and an ai benefit me at this point. Or would it cause harm to me from side affects I hear if you take gh after closure it may just harm you more then it helps u and for me I’m not for sure if all my plates are closed should I hop on?

they’re closed but u should get ur knees checked, they are your last hope, if they’re open u might have a small window of growth left

Should I get my spine too I heard their growth plates there too, I’m prolly tell my doctor I got pain and just get an X-ray for both, is there any harm in trying to take it for a few months and if I don’t notice height growth just hopping off ?
