Bone pressing is a good addition to bonesmashing

basically pressing ur bone inwards throughout the day creates more blood flow to the bone causing more blood to turn into bone via subperiosteal hematoma ossification

No because that would be like zygo pulling and we all know thats cope, you cant move bone but you can add more blood flow to it

You can do it for any bone really, use fist and press hard. It also gives temporary good results and adds blush so you can use before pictures as well

Idea in essence is wrong but it produces results through scar tissue and swelling. I feel like this might be a more accurate interpretation of Wolffs law as it is a constant pressure/weight, maybe. Not saying this works in the slightest.
