like most of the stuff can be very helpful for bone thickness density and size like igf-1 if u support it naturally it will give u better bones remodeling and taking care of ur hormones like vit-c vit-d mg all that and sleeping well (so important) as a teen u should be sleeping from 9-10 hours a day, enough protein and light weight and some good hapits along ur journey like chewing hard and well chewing equally on both sides and nose breathing holding great tongue posture and cutting goy slop me myself I stopped drinking any type of soda for 2 months all this shit is not good for u not added sugar and lower ur salt in ur meals if u wanna add it js use the same amount on every meal. Correct me if anything I said is cope or doesn’t make since
