It seems forward clenching can effectively activate bone resorption in posterior maxilla. When i forward clench, i feel pressure in the seam at the root of my nose (below middle of brow ridge).

There were proven to be bone osteoklast centers at the back of the maxilla which make CCWR possible and it seems i have activated one of them.

sounds like it would give you an overbite
It doesn't. If you don't do it too hard. Your alveola remodels before your teeth can change their angle. However you must keep all teeth together for this to work.

Nothing cope about it. It's based on the same principle as braces. Actually one of the few legit bone remodeling techniques.

just thumbpull

I personally think this but with a mild separation of teeth. You want to essentially let your lips do the pushing of your incisors, not your teeth.

Also expanding the lower palate by using your temporalis to chew has helped me a ton

You have to keep your teeth touching otherwise you won't move shit. Lips will at most recess your lower maxilla. Clenching actually ccw rotates it.

Literally look up effects of clenching and all results show deeper bites and weaker lower thirds even if the masseters hypertrophy.

Lip seal is meant to keep teeth aligned. And I don't touch teeth and my upper incisors have still come forward from chewing and tongue posture. I don't even need ccw anyway as my molars are already lower than my incisors.
