Bone shaving or chin implant?

Before I get jaw implants, I want to bone shave/chin implant before I do so I don't get a large jaw Frontal Angle.

Perfect chin width and height but long ramus.

Which would be best?

dont get chin shaving, especially as a man and ,,but long ramus'' like its a bad thing. you need jaw width which you will get with gonial/lower jaw implants

Talking about shaving my ramus not chin.
If I were to get implants without any shaving or chin implants, my JFA would be very obtuse.
