Bone smash work?

I want to do bone smashing I'm 18 and I don't know if I should wait until all my bones finish growing without doing bone smashing, or if I should start?

there are some studied suggesting actual bone growth due to blunt mechanical impacts on rabbits but id have to look into it

Personal experience.. My chin has gotten more projected due to smashing it, but i’d say to be careful, may cause jaw locking, your teeth may get crooked and if your retarded, it may look uneven

I agree with @okbhaiyes , pick up the needle, nothing will move it too much
