so lets break this argument down, whats bonesmashing, i bet yall alr know so in short words creating micro holes in your bone will stiumulate different reactions from the bones to recreate the broken tissue and make the bone stronger or even bigger, so how it works
it comes down to cell re-procreation and acids that go and repair the micro crack but, how to actually cause these micro cracks? without doing unreal shit such as
punshing ur face
hammering your bones
smashing your bones against solid objects
so actually you dont need much to stimulate this process and there is different ways to do at home and even technology
imma divide this in different sections
1 AT HOME
2 BY TECHNOLOGY
1 at home
lets see what you can use, one a rounded shaped objects such the tip of a tooth brush (must be hard tho)
you can use the rounded tip of the gua sha, an apple anything that comes to mind but rounded is the best NOT FLAT NOT SPIKY
so how to hit and where
since hitting with a symetrical strike is almost impossibile by hand you need to focus on a specific zone i would draw an X with a pen in the zone to hit
this is an example
id suggest drawing so you wont forget the zone where to strike.
now to the micro cracks
USE MODERATED FORCE
u dont want to hit a nerve with a strong hit trust me, the force must be moderated so that you notice some reddness in that area not a fucking black dot like some people used to do with hammers , it should pulse a little and not generate any type of hematomas if you feel swelling you are doing too much and you should stop (micro cracks are being healed)
SO HOW MUCH ? and when to do it
5-10 minutes a day and divide them in 2 sessions of 5 minutes or 2,
max 5 days a week you need to give it time to recreate the tissue so spare the weekend
you should do it after you drained your face from liquids and stuff so it will be easier
2 USING TECHNO SHIT
so here we need to understand how vibrations work, not just any vibration but precise vibrations with calculated Hz frequences
the frequency should be low not more then 60hz and slow....
some science to back it up:
Osteoporosis and osteopenia (precursor of osteoporosis, represented by low bone mass)
Rubin and colleagues found very small forces—corresponding to 0.3 g (1 g = 9.81 m/s2)—resulting in very small strain levels on the order of 5 to 10 microstrains to be osteogenic.(20) Subsequent work by Judex and colleagues indicated that high-resolution imaging-based finite-element analysis of trabecular bone samples can detect adaptation of the trabecular bone network in sheep treated with low-intensity vibration but not in controls.
Even though initial trials in humans treated by what has subsequently been referred to as low-magnitude mechanical stimulation showed an anabolic response.
thats all you need to know
now to the action:
The vibration device used is essentially identical to that described in prior studies.(31) Briefly, the device, which resembles a large bathroom scale, oscillates in the vertical direction at a frequency of 30 Hz with 0.3g acceleration, requiring a displacement of approximately 90 μm. Similar device parameters have been shown previously to induce anabolic bone
now there is specific treat ments for this since its mostly a medical condition and a timeline for the "creation of better bonemass"
objects to use are vibrators with freqency changing methods such as
electric massagers
