this study talks about bone rmeodeling metholodgy of bone growth etc here is the study

when reading it in page 6 Mechanosensation and mechanotransduction:Structures and mechanisms it says
"Bone tissue deformation during everyday locomotion ranges from 0.04% to 0.3%,with a rare occurrence exceeding 0.1%.99 In vitro studies reveal that the deformation required for bone cells to react to mechanical stimulation is significantly higher, ranging from 1% to 10%, which is 10 to 100 times greater than that needed for bone tissue. It is important to note that using the same relative deformation to stimulate bone cells in natural bone tissue would result in a fracture"

this means in order to simulate bone growth through micro fracures the same way bonesmashing does you would need to break the bone from what i undertand so basily the main point of bonesmashing is not true

need high iq ppl to assess if i am rigth or wrong since i am just a grey

in summary for micro fractures to cause bone growth it would need to be an actual fracture

not realy completely disprove bonesmashing tho just that micro fractures lead to bone growth

its not the micro fractures, its the soft tissue hardening and swelling kind of like how a tissue injury does the same

its niether what you said but i specified it only disproves mirco fractures, fluid shear is still a vaild argument
