Bone smashing, massage gun

Ok so i basically used massage gun on my maxilla and i did each side 2:30 mins each and now it lowkey swelled up a lot. Like my face was puffy asf, and i can’t let my parents see my face like this, what do i do to make the swelling go down quickly

bro i did it like 20 ish mins ago and i showered and had water on my face for like 15 mins to see if the swelling goes down and my face did go down a lil but my face still looks fat. And i cant grab and ice pack cus my parents will see me

39 hz is not enough to stimulate bone growth it probably doesnt do shit anyway but if it would do something then on 60-75 hz min
