Bone smashing ops ?

I want a genuine opinion on bone smashing bcs I’ve heard so many diffrent things abt it yes i know it doesn’t increase bone mass and it’s just swelling but can this swelling build up over time and look good, but does it come with any serious risks ?

Yes bone smashing words ofc I do it and within 3 days my Zygos look insanely better yes it’s swelling to begin but it kinda builds scar tissue that simulates bone

It does increase bone mass but only the tiniest bit but it can cause serious risks if you dont guard your head against something since it will cause CTE damage to your brain

Just aything you can do it in bed or when sitting down just make sure your head is against something and it wont cause any damage I use the chair
