1. swelling lasts up to 5-8h, so it's good.

2. the "swelling" is still visible after 24h

3. it overall build new bone structure after a while

i started bonesmashing really hard in about march, my face was flat asf and now zygos cast a shadow even in shitty lighting after 1-2 days of not bonesmashing
