I have been bone smashing hard lately and people in my school have noticed and asked if I’m getting into fights idk if it’s from the tissue build up or the redness but I’ll prob start using concealer to hide it …. Nevertheless ikk still continue doing it since I’m noticing a. Difference

for redness use vaseline where ur gonna bonesmash before u bonesmash ive never gotten redness
