is it legit? did it for one day and felt it the next day. equal force and reps with fist on cheekbones and doesn't really hurt so im not being stupid only thing I would worry about if it did work is asymmetrical growth. I think it may fuck up the face more because it will look unnatural and ogre-like, but I really need under-eye support so it's this mewing and face-pulling plus im 16 so I hope at least one of these cope methods can maybe help just a little... eye area posted too is there anything I can do to gain support if not i Perma squint

what do you expect with bone smashing ? it's the overall mass that is an issue, not the bone shape most of the time

only expect cheekbones get thicker making eye more deep set hiding the lower outline of my eye

just get fillers bone smashing is long, painful, dangerous and will probably make you look worse
I did it for a while but realised i was literally smashing a rock at my head for stronger brow bone and realised how autistic that it

cant get fillers guess I have to mew and face pull till im 19
 
Eye shape is not strongly influenced by mewing/facepulling these are practices used to rotate the maxilla and so the other facial bones follow, it is not to change bone shape or add bone mass..

I managed to shorten my midface and improve under-eye support with just oral posture and open mouth chewing at 21-22 yo. My tear troughs moved up noticeably and are more horizontal now instead of vertical.
Don't fall for this "hardmewing" and "bonesmashing" bullshit though, the former might fuck up your jaw joints eventually and the latter is not only stupid but would have to be continued permanently to keep the results if it actually worked.

open mouth chewing ? so you never close your mouth for it ?
what's the proper way to do mewing then ? not putting strenght on it?
 
don’t bone smash, until you gotten eye area results from mewing. then bonesmash those results. stahp rn!!

It has several benefits:
• It teaches you to keep the epiglottis closed partially and posterior part of the tongue on the roof of the mouth IF you pay attention to only nosebreath while omc.
• You stop engaging your cheek and lip muscles as much which will work your masticatory muscles (masseters, temporalis etc.) more.
• It teaches you to close your mouth with your jaw muscles instead of the lips.
• It trains your tongue to move around and keep food in your mouth instead of your cheeks/buccinators.

have you find another solution for the chewing gum since it hurts your stomach?

No, haven't been looking for one anymore tbh. For now I just keep chewing several pieces of regular gum. It's better to give the body more time to adapt even if it has become easy before using harder gum.
