Basically: if you stress/hit your zygos enough, you get a subperiosteal hematoma which then calcifies into new bone / more bone growth

(if you still think bonedmashing is cope you probably haven’t tried it)

Yea your right but I do still recommend bonedmashing nevertheless

I don’t take pictures often so that was the only one I had I though people would be able to see the difference and I am the same bf
 
What’s a good tutorial and what do you use, I’ll try it out for a month and see how it goes
I personally just like 1-2 times a day for maybe 3-5 min take my fists and smash my zygos it’s best to do before going out because it a fraud your zygos will be swollen/pumped and it will look more prominent for some time

But you do see long term changes?
 
bone remodeling is controlled by cells responding to steady mechanical load and hormones not blunt impact so hitting bone mainly causes injury and it heals back to baseline rather than reshaping so bonesmashing is indeed cope

mins then go outside?
