Boneless or bloated?

16, Posted these in ratings and they told me im very bloated but I used to take 125mg furosemide and had almost no change in the face at all. Im guessing its bad fat distribution which may change as I age. Should I maybe get liposuction? I remember @negativepsl did it to ascend.

Im the only One in my family Who dosent have a full beard, i only have a few hairs.
Even my Brother(2yo older than me) has full beard.
Idk why mine Is not developed at all.

take minoxidil. I did too and grew a goatee over the summer even tho I had no facial hair
