So I have read about subperiosteal hematoma around december. And I actually started doing more research into bonesmashing and how results could be possible.

I stumbled across periosteal reactions and ossification (a variation of hematomas) aswell as bony callus formations.

Through the research I did find, that if bone growth is not associated to hematomas, it could well be formed by the ossification of bony - Hard calluses.

Even if the calluses dont ossidy they would become somewhat bony.

I thus started bonesmashing every 24 hours the chin As well as the gonions and ramus (will make a post about those results aswell.

I do believe I got good results from smashing both these areas.

The first pic was in december, and the after pic is from today. Note I havent bonesmashed in 72 hours because i have gotten quite a bit of acne from it and I am waiting for it to pass.

I also am not a fan of the term bonesmashing.

I bonesmashed with low to medium force and only primarly targeted the front of the chin to help my slight chin ressesion. My chin from the front is long enough and wide enough.

Ik the head angle is slightly different but focus on the chin.

I will be continuing for at least 4-6 months ( as many of the research suggest adaptation by that time.

I dont recommend it, and this is more of an experiment.

The difference is very modest, and with angle and posture being slightly different its hard to tell if anything improved at all

Hey man not hard, maybe for 2 minutes for my chin. I only strike the font part not the sides or bottom. As from the front it is quite idea.

Crazy how with shit like this you will NEVER SEE photos taken at the EXACT SAME angle.

How hard is it? Can't act like you're making any documentable progress with such shit methods of capturing "progress"

Bro its ok I realised this sub is just a bunch of people who dont actually want to improve and just like talking shit.

Got rated LTN-MTN. Which in reality means HTN.

Most of these cucks are here to talk shit and hate their life so much.

I def got results, if they dont believe its fine, I just think theres no point in trying to tell them what can actually work

hey man, I made a post about this. https://looksmax.org/threads/bonesmashing-jaw-2-months-results-gtfih.1847450/
So basically As was smashing the gonions aswell as underneath the ramus to give it more length. But the jaw is much more fragile. You should go too hard. do it very gently. you dont want to cause microfractures in actuality you want you to cause periosteal reactions though hematomas.

I do it almost every day. Sometimes I will take one day off if it is somehow still very sore. But the idea is to do it consistently with less force to push for a periosteal reaction.

There are bonesmashing guides out there but I believe they are low IQ and still push people to get microfractures and that it is wolfs law. They say you need to let the bone heal.

I am no doctor but from my research, the way to cause "bony Calluses" which is basically bone, is through consistent daily repetive blunt force truma. And with less force than all these ideiots are saying.

Yes you should be inflamed after but instead of doing high force for like a minute, do lower force for like 5.

You dont actually want to damage the bone, you want to get the periosteal to react, which is the lawer on top of the bone.

Nice did you hit until the pump or have you created hematomas?
