Bonemashing is only cope if your using it to grow your bones Wich isn’t gonna happen.

But it can be used to enhance your angularity temporarily.

When u hit your zygos u get hella inflammation and your zygo project a lot more and this inflammation can last up to a week.

Personally I bonemash once a week to get my zygos more projected and get sorta like that “V” look for the rest of the week.

So every Sunday just hit your zygos for an hour and you’ll be set.
