If you are still in puberty or (even if not), this is a very viable approach to improve bone mineral density (BMD) and has given me great results. There will be two components to this:
-Nutrition
-Bonesmashing (a little complicated but will explain why this does work)
If you're still in puberty (or even post-puberty), this is one of the most viable strategies to naturally improve BMD. It’s not mainstream, but it works.
Before you come at me with 'diet is cope', 'rira ate candy growing up', - that's because he had good genes you retard. You don't.
Raw Milk (just better for digestion too, get from a good source, you'll be fine)
Raw Cheese and Rare Meat
Sunlight
Pineapple
Royal Jelly
K2 + D3
Bone-smashing (or targeted percussive loading) is based on Wolff’s Law — bones adapt to the forces placed on them. JFL if you think its a meme
It works best on areas with more cortical (compact) bone than spongy (trabecular) bone.
Cortical bone is denser and more responsive to impact loading. This is why bonesmashing your brow ridge is retarded, you can get growth but unlikely as fuck (will likely cause severed brain damage before)
Trabecular bone:
Now combined with extremely high nutrients (you will consume a surplus of 500-700 calories MINIMUM and 1 liter of raw milk daily) , you are bound to grow. I have seen very good results in 6-7 months of consistency.

1. Diet (Eat this food combo together for best results)
Do this combination at least 3-4 times a week. Before you come at me with 'diet is cope', 'rira ate candy growing up', - that's because he had good genes you retard. You don't.
Raw Milk (just better for digestion too, get from a good source, you'll be fine)
- Has perfect ratios of calcium, phosphorus, magnesium.
- Growth factors and enzymes
- You can ferment it as well (tastes worse but tolerable)
- Do A2 fermented milk if you are lactose intolerant
Raw Cheese and Rare Meat
- These are loaded with fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K2)
- Collagen, zinc, iron blah blah (for collagen I recommend supplementing with gelatin powder tbh)
- Rare meat in particular gives you heme iron (only iron you should be consuming jfl) and glycine (supports collagen matrix in bone)
- Now why am I specifically telling you rare meat? So most of the nutrients do not get destroyed. Ofc raw is better but rare is almost as good.
Sunlight
- Vitamin D3 (which will help absorb calcium)
- The more exposure, the better but 30 minutes in a UV index you do well in is a good start
- Sunlight is an essential nutrient. Build up your tolerance and use a zinc oxide based sunscreen if you get burnt easily. Pm me if you have questions.
Pineapple
- Contains bromelain, an enzyme that reduces inflammation and enhances osteoblast activity
- Helps your body absorb nutrients better — which indirectly supports bone growth
- Now you will eat this 4 days on and 3 days off (250 grams each time is a good serving)
- Go for more unripe pineapples due to higher enzyme concentration
Royal Jelly
- This is legit a superfood
- Take 3 grams before you consume meat
- Buy only raw and unfrozen
- Expensive but very worth it (been consuming for 3 years now and insane)
K2 + D3
- You will take in the MK-7 form of K2 (best for directing calcium into bones)
- D3 as well unless your getting enough sunlight (do 5000 iu but really suggest not doing this as studies have shown supplemental vitamin d in higher doses (10k ius) can reduce BMD) (increases calcium absorption)
- Take 500 mcg K2
2. Bone-Smashing (Mechanical Loading)
- Zygos (do on the side with more bone mass and away from where you feel the suture ridge
- Chin (works really well)
- This will risk fusing your sutures faster (if thats something your concerned about)
Now combined with extremely high nutrients (you will consume a surplus of 500-700 calories MINIMUM and 1 liter of raw milk daily) , you are bound to grow. I have seen very good results in 6-7 months of consistency.
