wsg niggas this diet will give you all the k2 magnesium and zinc you could ever want eat this daily and you will ascend to chadpreet
to stay hydrated we need to drink 3l of raw milk throughout the day mainly for calcium magnesium we also want to eat 8 raw egg yolks a day to make sure we get a sufficient ammount of k2 (this is on the higher end 6 will do) and then 500g of beef mince preferably raw (doesnt have to be beef can be any meat)
and if youre a retard and care bout vitamin c throw in a few berries or an orange(faggot) also get out in the sun if your come from a shit area with no sun supplement vit d3 will suffice (these are essential though or else you will not be able to absorb alot of the calcium from the milk)
final product
zinc:933mg (average male needs 11)
magnesium:376.8mg(average male needs 300)
k2: 256 micrograms(average male needs 190)
calcium:3000mg(average male needs 1,300)
