Hey everyone,
I’m a 16-year-old male turning 17 soon, and I’ve been looking into ways to improve my facial structure, especially increasing bone mass or making my features look more defined (like cheekbones and jaw).
I’ve seen people mention things like HGH or other compounds, but I’m not sure what’s actually effective , especially at my age. My main concern is whether there is anything that can realistically influence facial bone development, or if it’s mostly genetic and fixed after a certain point.
I’d really appreciate honest advice based on science or personal experience.
Thanks.
