i really need bonemass i know that i need to take testostrone and all that shit but do u guys have any supplements or foods that would help with that? i take 10k iu vitamin d3 every day, shilajit and sea moss, ashwaganda and all that tiktok crap hoping it would work and i drink so much milk every day and kefir too, im 16 btw
