i really need bonemass i know that i need to take testostrone and all that shit but do u guys have any supplements or foods that would help with that? i take 10k iu vitamin d3 every day, shilajit and sea moss, ashwaganda and all that tiktok crap hoping it would work and i drink so much milk every day and kefir too, im 16 btw

no im not eating raw lamb liver idc what it does

Bro the bones in your face aren’t fucking growing because you took some vitamin d and TikTok supplements it’s over especially at 16 go hardmaxx
