My diet is on point (carnivore) I eat organ meats but not raw, I DO NOT use sunscreen instead, I use beef tallow.

try chewing evenly, hard chewy foods to stregnthen but dont use front teeth to cut it, like take a piece of raw gummy steak, cut it with a knife, chew 30 seconds on it and then swallow, makes u more full so u can leanmaxx to bones pop out more and strengthens muscles so face is a bit more lifted, and look into debloating
