does doing sports like BJJ and MMA give you more bonemass through puberty? Because according to wolfs law it says that you will get more bonemass when the bone is put under stress. MMA and BJJ involves many headlocks and many techniques that involves putting your facial bones under stress. So is it cope to begin MMA or BJJ before 14? Or is it pure copium?

You don’t get automatically more facial bone mass from doing martial arts alone.

Yes, you might get higher T levels because its fighting; so in turn you MIGHT get more of a masculine face (or not at all).

But that alone doesn’t give you more bone mass in the face. People who do martial arts, like professional fighters, get more bone mass (and also mess up their face) because they’re constantly getting hard hits on the body and face. Getting headlocked won’t give you more bone mass, just makes you get less oxygen to your brain and go stupid.
