Bone could be hidden under baby fat, don't stress like crazy. My brother genuinely was boneless as hell, but as he turned 18-19, I promise you his bones began showing up, especially his zygos; they became more rounded and prominent and his cheeks overall got more hollow. Despite his facial bone changes, he has lacked good nutrition all of his life.


Keep calm, eat well (not too much sugar, chocolate, fried food etc), exercise daily + stretch and get all your nutrients, especially calcium.

A lot of calcium is important, your body can't produce calcium, so eat a lot of dairy to support bone and teeth growth

You know nothing you speak on when it comes to the carnivore or even raw meat diet, a topic I am well educated in, I could sit here and debate you all day, but you aren't worth my time.

I have done it almost year long (210 days) without a singular cheat meal i ate kilos of meat and drank liters of milk daily, hit every single RDA (exceeding most) for every micronutrient had a very good macronutrient intake took all of those “superfoods” too. Guess what it contributed to? Fucking nothing :feelskek:

Keep eating raw meat and drinking raw milk fir a 10% change in your daily micronutrient intake you fucktard, and i have done it longer and better than you’ll ever will and its a waste of your fucking time
