I have begun taking a B-complex and will get boron soon, I’ll make these additions to the methods post of course.

Angles are 3/4, front, and side.
To be totally transparent with everyone, the 3/4 angle I took last month was taken post-bonesmashing during the immediate swelling. I am now trying to take my photos before I bonesmash to avoid this issue, as the swelling can be inconsistent and make my progress tracking inaccurate. I included last month’s 3/4 angle so you guys can see. Don’t worry, you can still see progress, especially you look at my chin mass and brow ridge!
