im 13 rn is there any supps i should takeeating a good diet which includes chewing lots raw vegetables and nuts becuase there tougher but unless you start that from a young age it doesn't benefit you in that way
like i said just eat a good diet and eat tough food to chew like raw vegetables becuase its conducive to jaw growth, just do stuff that's conducive to growth like sleeping 8+ hours, working out and being in a good headspace to avoid stress. still could live the perfect life and it wont make you HTN+ becuase its down to mostly genetic factors out of your control but thats life sadlyim 13 rn is there any supps i should take
good amount of calcium and vitamin d, good sleep, low stress... browridge needs test to develope, so look up ways to boost test naturally, like good sleep, heavy weight training, good diet without sugar and processed foods. How the shit can i get better bonemass and better brow ridge

Things in pills are less bioavailable than eating foods with it, but your body is still going to absorb most of the capsuleI’ve just seen a thread on here basically saying all supplements dont work and “vitamin d supplements can’t be absorbed by the human body neither can zinc” is this true?

you'll honestly be fine but even if its not sunny out, its good to go outside in nature to relax you brain from the rot on these forums, i take a vitamin d supplement and I'm doin just fine, not so sure about zinc, i get a lot in my diet though from red meat, eggs, raw milk.I’m still a teen tho so I can’t just get oysters when ever I want so I still have to resort to zinc supplement and it’s not that sunny anymore here in Sydney so will I be ok still taking supplements?
