winter is coming back,and i have the will to do everything that actually works, as long as it does, to improve my bone mass, especially maxilla and chin projection

here's a list of what i alr do:
clean diet with every micronutrient and macromutrient intake hit (even if i often lack of vitamin A, E , omega 3 and sometimes magnesium and zinc too, so if you have recommendations to cover this lack you're welcome)
high intensity gym 4x a week
chin tucks
neck curls
mewing
hard mewing/interoral pushing
correct swallowing
9 hours of sleep daily
i only goon like once every week


I have the will to do everything thats not hardmaxxing because im 17 and dont have permission nor funds to hardmaxx. Im down to taking peptides if that implies even a little chance of growing my facial bones, i heard igf-1 helps with that, lmk if there is somwthing i can do.

That isnt gonna do anything dude ur 17,if ur bonemass is cooked either accept it or blast hgh or peptides

Idk how you look, but you can try bonesmashing

yh i just listed them all to make sure to not forget something important, are you sure that dietmaxxing doesnt affect bone growth?

bro ur still 17, fuck peptides u still have time to develop js keep up what ur doing it may not directly increase bonemass but can indirectly lead to it when ur still developing

The real shit you need is high testosterone with igf-1 and high level of HGH
And do your daily softmax thing ( mewing , correcting neck posture,, bla bla bla )
And bonesmash the week parts of your skull ( aka face ) and make sure to stop hard mewing cuz it gave me cross bite , tmj

but isnt bonesmashing basically just swelling in the parts you hit? i dont think it really can be THAT effective correct me if im wrong

Yeah but like if ur still in puberty bonesmashing+plus hgh actually stimulates bone growth

Bonesmashing if done correctly ( mid/low power hit ) won't get a fat swelling area , but a little with some shredded bones recreating to fill the small scratches ( and yeah it takes time like everything else )

You can increase it by sleeping at least 9h
Doing HIIT if you can , or just basically Sprint then pace
And then fasting of food ( water if can too ) for 13-16h for 2 days per week ( 2 days is well recommended, try Monday, then Thursday and keep it like that )

how much should i sprint daily? +my goal is to optimize my hormones,not inject more of em, so if there are other options that boosts them instead of adding them i cannot do anything but to try

Try 6km , then 10 till you feel everytime exhausted and your legs having pain like leg-day at gym, but don't Sprint for a long period of time , just 10-20secs then pace 30-45sec do that for 20-45 mins
