Any amount of brain damage is unacceptable imo, once your brain starts deteriorating it’s over. Nothing can be done, and considering your brain encompasses basically all that is “you” it should really be taken into more consideration when bashing your face with a hammer.
Bonesmashing has been very effective in growing my zygos, browridge, chin etc. in fact bonesmashing has been so effective that it’s actually been more of an issue stopping these areas from growing than actually growing them. However jaw smashing has fucked up my brain for the time-being (concussion) so will not be partaking in this ever again.
Bonepressing as a method would seemingly eliminate all brain risks as you’re no longer producing sudden rotational force (and assuming it can actually cause the same inflammatory responses).
Anyone have any experience with this?
Would be interested to see it tested out more, attached couple anecdotes from an old thread of mine.
