it doesn't matter at the end of the day, the most legitimate advice for people that were extremely unlucky is to just stop caring, i was in a tough spot once in my life when i was a teenager and i just stopped caring, it seemed to be working tbh

They often come together as both are part of good genetics, but also alot health indicators like acne are fixable to a large degree and most people who have it just fix it
