A lot of the “bone growth” people think they’re seeing is probably swelling, inflammation or scar tissue from repeatedly traumatizing the area. OKAY. serious injury can trigger bone healing, but smashing your face like it’s a fucking piñata isn’t some mindfuckingblowing controlled way to build more bonemass or a betterlooking bone. You’re more likely gambling with asymmetry and injury than getting the results you think you are.
