i do it and it's like every bonesmash, it does no grown or change your bones but it cause that tissue, the changes a noticable, for me it's worth it

i have a question brother , usually after a session of bsing mandible they tend to look less defined sometimes assymetrical making my jawline look soft, is this normal?

i bone smashing my whole mandible in the pic i use a hammer and my face tends to look inflamed and softer after a session

1. Are you hitting the green or red part?
2. You are probably hitting to strong.
3. that little "v" is were you are bonesmashing your ramus? You should hit your anatomy not some random part

yes i hit the green part but i think i go too hard with the hammer might switch to knuckles instead the red part is where i bs my ramus
