Yes of course! it's normal, nothing serious. Last session I did I recieved a brain hemerage and a river of blood poured out of my ear and I also felt really dizzy for some strange reason, but aside from that I'm fine! Pro tip, bonesmash your eyes to lighten their color. This is a hidden trick safegaurded by only the most dedicated and knowledgable of looksmaxxers
