does bone smashing really work for zygos. ive been just hitting myself with my knuckles but am i supposed to be bruised after or is without brusing still fine. also is chin tucks and eye exercises cope? if they arent would anyone tell me the best for eye and where else to bonesmash either then my zygos

eye exercises are cope. Chin tucks work as it fixes your posture. For bonesmashing how do you do it exactly? I recommend 10 minutes each part you want to bonesmash with mid strength put into it. Im seeing improvement , doing it for some time

chin tucks are not cope they help posture, eye exercises are certainly cope, bonesmashing is debatable though.

Bone smashing not cope, after hitting zygos put bb cream to hide the redness, it’s also temporary so it’s best to do it before going out. Now give solution Bhai✅✅

Yes bonesmashing works and well as a raw meat diet and drinking raw milk and eating sugar

okay thank you, how long have you been doing it and how much improvement have you seen? have you only been doing bone smashing or zygo pushing aswell/anything else for improvement.

chin tucks are not cope they help posture, eye exercises are certainly cope, bonesmashing is debatable though.
thank you, chin tucks raise your hyoid muscle aswell to make your jawline pop more or am i wrong?

thanks alot man actually, but do you know if any sort of zygo pushing/ thumb pulling is cope aswell? but ima stick to bone smashing and chin tucks and hopefully see improvement in myself.

i think they almost certainly are cope
they cant actually move the bones

Bonesmashing isn’t cope if you do it properly, you should have slight bruises afterwards if you do it hard enough

thumpulling zygopushing is cope, bonesmashing mixed, chintucks for posture n hyoid

Bonesmashing only gives results if you combine it with igf 1 sigalling

Bonesmashing isn’t cope if you do it properly, you should have slight bruises afterwards if you do it hard enough
maybe i have to do it harder or something for the bruises to show, but i dont feel it afterwards and onto the next day i feel soreness on my zygos

I've been doing bonesmashing for about 5 months and I can see the results, my zygomas have become thicker and more designed, so I think bonesmashing works, you just have to do it wisely and not punch yourself in the face like a moron.
 
Bonesmashing works super good, pair it with sugar for even better results. (Mark as solution pls😊)

I do it every 3 rd day , and I have green bruises the day after and it’s sore to touch

how do i signal igf1. i cant take any pin anything my mom wont let me so is there any natural ways i could do it?
Yeah sugar. Look up igf 1 signalling you can do it with sugar

have you noticed any asymmetry from it?
 
Bonesmashing only works if you follow wolfs law correctly. it is only to repair and grow new bone under continues mechanical stress so that it adds layers of bone to reinforce the area. the most important thing is that you do a lot of reps on certain areas and not fuck up your face by dropping a sledge hammer on your zygos.
