in relation to my last post bs has done wonders for my zygos, however as of lately it’s becoming more frequent that during my sessions i start to hit what feels like a sort of liquid beneath my skin? something that’s definitely not supposed to be there. not only does it feel more mushy than usual but the sound is repulsive as if your squishing a slime toy. I searched it up and the most plausible answer is “Chronic Hematoma: Repeatedly striking the area can re-open small blood vessels beneath the skin, causing recurrent bleeding. If the body cannot clear the blood as fast as it accumulates or is repeatedly re-injured, a localized pool of blood and fluid (a hematoma) can remain fluid or semi-fluid for weeks.” Thoughts?

love the confidence, however a look at my past post is all that’s needed to disapprove your statement, fibrosis tissue is in fact real, bone growth however is a different topic

never did i mention it’d cause bone growth, stated again in my last post, and you most definitely can control both the size and shape of the tissue, hell i’ve not only experienced it myself but seen others progress with it and never have they complained about it looking uncontrolled, i’m under the assumption you got your information from google, and i understand if you’ve been fear mongered, but how are you gonna argue with someone who’s reaped the benefits themselves with almost no cons except for the fluid build up? i have nothing against you but i suggest you keep an open mind it’d do you good

excessive fibrosis tissue def does look strange that i’ll admit, and sure it’s temporary but it’s only a matter of implementing it into your routine just like showering or brushing your teeth, and i don’t think it’s in my place to try and prove you wrong unless i myself have experienced it firsthand. If i do, in the future, manage to reach my goal with bs i will get definitely get back to you

What do you use to deliver the blows, do you use a vibration massager, and how long is the break between sessions?

i use a hammer covered with a latex glove to reduce friction related injuries and bacteria for acne, although not rlly necessary. i bs every other day 5 minutes each part of my face i wanna grow, first month i hit moderately hard hits then once my zygos actually became noticeable i started doing moderately light hits just enough to still cause inflammation, make sure to use a smooth surface unless you want to turn out like this

it’s definitely obvious if you bonesmash in one place only it does look unnatural hence why it’s recomended you bs in a wide range of space preferably across the entirety of the side of ur zygos although nerve dmg is def a risk

How about just not bonesmashing at all? Shit looks goofy and it will destroy you skin at the localized spot. If you want more protruding zygos or whatever else you're bonesmashing just save up for surgery? I hate bonesmashing with a passion and I will murder anyone who tells me otherwise

Give it time to heal and solidify so that it can mimic bone in terms of hardness, that's the whole point of self-induced hematomas

i hated my low dimo so much to the point where i resorted to basically self harming for the false appearance of mm of bone growth, and once i actually noticed results in such a short amount of time the pleasure was immeasurable, so no that is not an option. why would i save up thousands when a hammer (in theory) is all i need? if in the far future if i truly notice its not worth it yes surgery is on the table but i’ll definitely look into my other options before then such as this, and don’t you think you’ve only seen “goofy” results because those are the only ones you actually notice? how do you know your favorite looksmaxxer didn’t bs? it won’t always be obvious if done correctly

I only see goofy results because that's all there is. Although you say ''in theory'' you are still comparing your non-precise hammer strikes which DOESN'T create osteblasts to a highly skilled surgeon who has trained years to place an implant with precise measurements. Of course I can only spread my opinion but it does nothing if there is a thousand posts a day from the uninformed youth asking for advice, in which they recieve advice from another 12 year old telling them it works. Pick your answers carefully and research yourself. Once you've done your own research you will likely be like me

look into reverse survivorship bias, sounds very familiar to your current belief, and for some reason you keep assuming bs is something i prefer or believe is on par with surgery when i clearly said i’d like to explore my other (easier) options first to see if they work and leave hardmaxximg for last, although i agree it’s a shame misinforming others you can’t deny the results, research will only get you so far unlike experiencing the real thing for yourself, and in a way, this is a form of research. i’d love to prove you wrong but i need more results first, and that’ll take time so until then try to keep and open mind once you learn to become curious and not judgemental you’d be surprised just how much more information you can attain.

Alright well i'm not gonna encourage you to bs but if you believe this will widen your knowledge with first'hand experience then go for it.
The reverse survivorship bias is interesting since i've never heard anyone label me as that and it can definitely be applied to some opinions, but this exact topic is something I will stand my ground on.
You have to realise that browsing this forum is very different from a few years back (I wasn't around then, but i'm not a teenager and naive) and most of the active users are very young people who are dealing with insecurities, and it's important to steer them away from topics like bonesmashing, blasting roids and not to mention the many others (canthus cutting, dnp, erda etc). I am always open to learn new stuff but that doesn't mean I will reconsider my thoughts on topics which to me are obviously retarded

it’s important to put yourself in other people’s shoes, sure these methods may seem “retarded” but have you ever been to the point where you genuinely loathed getting a glimpse of yourself? most of these people genuinely hate themselves which is the reason they tend to resort to these methods and you really can’t blame them they’d literally do anything to improve in the slightest and it’s just fortunate that people like you and me never had to go through something like that. and although sure those methods may seem like stupid ways to harm yourself they’re basically just tamer versions of actual surgeries. you can’t deny the fact that serious improvement 9/10 times come from harming yourself, i mean surgeons literally cut your skin open insert metal plates and drill it to your bones, and although you can argue we’re not suitable for doing stuff like that to ourselves it’s really just a matter of not being retarded about it, for example my friend literally grew from 5,7 to 5,10 over the course of a summer through various experimental substances and he started from org. these methods do have the capacity to work however most of the time it’s just user error

I promise i've been where many people have been in terms of self-hate but I have been smart enough to improve myself in ways that doesn't wreck my health or cause injuries. Also, you need to stop comparing these diy versions to surgical procedures. It's not the same and you don't harm yourself but opting for a surgeon to do it rather than yourself. Half the forum lacks basic knowledge lol
