i just wanna say if u do something bad like burst a blood vessel or get a cte im not at fault here u r just a fucking retard

HOW TO DO IT AND WHERE TO HIT
So u can either grab hard objects like hammer or trophy if u have idc or u can just use ur hands (i personally prefer hands)
WITH HARD OBJECTS OR HANDS
When it gets scarred or its starting to hurt u can realise its done and u can move on to the next position
WHAT CAN HAPPEN AND WILL HAPPEN IF U HIT A NERVE OR A BLOOD VESSEL
FIRST ON NERVES THERES TWO KINDS OF NERVES ONE IS YOUR MOVEMENT NETWORK (cranial nerve VII) THAT IF HIT WILL MAKE UR PARALYSED AND SUDDEN WEAKNESS AND THE SECOND IS THE SENSATION NETWORK (cranial nerve V) IF HIT YOU´LL FEEL DEATH IN THAT AREA ITS GONNA FEEL LIKE WHEN U ASK DENTISTS TO NUMB AND THE WHOLE RIGHT OR LEFT SIDE IS DEAD.

- First wash and clean ur hand or object
- I prefer to moisturise before or after cuz my skin gets dry easily
- HIT THE BONES in the green and blue area also browridge (prefer to do it with a phone) avoid the nerves and vessels more of that later
- In the BLUE area u can hit with more strength cuz theres no real problem of getting a fucking CTE but also avoid tissue and just hit the bone
- In the GREEN area hold ur head and hit it with less strength to avoid CTE also once again avoid the veins
- In the BROWRIDGE area grab a phone and just hit with some strength.
- WITH HANDS EVERYTHING THE SAME BUT I JUST HIT IT WITH BOTH HANDS BOTH SIDES TO KNOW I ATLEAST TRY TO KEEP SYMMETRY EVEN THO ITS KINDA FUCKED
