I want to believe what I did didn’t mess my skin up but it did. Bonesmash theory will fuck with structure of your skin. Much like dermarolling. Except this won’t be beneficial for it. It’s the biggest downside I can think of if you do it. It takes a few weeks to see its side effect but it’s undeniable. The skin takes on a rough ugly old looking skin look

If you value your skin. Don’t bone smash. Also iQ.
