THIS IS JUST A THEORY FROM A RETARDED GREY, DONT EXPECT GREATNESS

I have a theory that using a massage gun to bonesmash would give better results

Many people bonesmash and they end up with asymmetrical bones and this is caused by each strike of your own bonesmashing isn’t guaranteed to have the same amount of force

IMG 0341

Example of a guy who bonesmashes with visual asymmetry in his zygos and orbitals

The massage gun would be able to apply a constant amount of force every strike, you would use the round tip of the massage gun for your zygos and you would use a more pointed tip for area like your orbitals

I’m not too sure if this is already a thing but I would like some more insight

Thanks for the reminding brah

Mechanical loading in the range of 600 to 1500 newtons induces 800-2000 microstrain on bone tissue (sufficient to stimulate bone remodeling without surpassing fracture threshold).
The loading frequency should be at 5-10 Hz.

This is also why studies have constantly shown that LMHFV and acoustic stimulation can play a role in promoting bone growth

Make sure to put this as solution; it's the check mark on my right.

The amount of force and its frequency matter the most to achieve sufficient microstrain.

Rep this post so I remember to giveaway the details, this time tomorrow

dnr just use a fucking hammer or your fists. it makes the swelling better, and you can hit harder, which is literally what fractures the bones and then makes them grow.

Wouldn’t 20-30 Hz be better because if you do 5-10 Hz Most of the Vibration is absorbed by fat skin and muscle

Funny enough, there is a chiropractic gun that exerts exactly 600-1500 newtons lmao

thoughts?

Just mod a massage gun to hit you with the force of a flying brick
