Used a mouth guard and Bonesmashed my infras, cheekbones, browridge, zygos and chin with the sharper end of the dumbell bar

Was very painful tbh and I over did it and went too far.I have bruises and my face is swelled. Had to lie to my parents about falling from the stairs when they asked me about it.As for results yes I do see a slight change in the chin and zygo projection to be specific but other than that nothing much changed. I might do it alternate days for my bones to recover.

You don't have to hit yourself and cause any brain damage...

Look at what happens in a bimax that's a lot more brutal than bonesmashing
bimax is a based surgery with instant results

No one said you can advance your maxilla and mandible bonesmashing.

You can achieve things not possible with surgery tho. Such as chin widening and adding zygo mass

or get zygos or a chin implant

Jaw angle are okay

Zygo implants can look okay on women
Saiyan had nice results with the design of lateral portion of the zygo projected more than the inner

Yes his looked good but most zygo implants on men look gay.

They were like 20k USD too weren't they. Probably more now

Zygomatic arch runs along the side

while a ogee curve is the result of the cheekbones having strong anterior projection + lateral a bit aswell I think, not entirely sure

Do you have problems getting your ramus and gonions to swell up?

Also it gets really sore.
Depends how hard I hit, this is first time I got a wound cuz I used a hammer and hit really hard, definitely gets sore for some days tho. They don’t really swell up much, I just feel them being more outwards after

I stopped bone smashing in June. You never get used to the pain and yes my gonions used to swell up.

Wondering whether it works on your ramus since it doesn't swell much.

Easy to get swelling on zygos and chin

Well, the outwardsness/prominence is more permanent now. Not sure if it’s growth or just remodelling. Chin also a bit more robust so to speak, and the swelling clears fast, but not that it makes a huge difference from before. Overall I feel I look more robust than before. Just like that Indigenous Swiss guy on YT, you don’t notice much bone growth or difference in bones, but he definitely looks more robust in a way.

there was a guy on lookism who bonesmashed for 3 years and added an inch or more to his ramus and made huge chin width gains (went from narrow and pointy to wide square chin)

He was legit posted unfrauded pics, can't find it now cuz lookism is down.

Yeah definitely, if I can look this more robust since just august I can’t wait to see the result in 3 years for example

After hitting the bone you should keep holding the object on it for a second, so the force can rebound to the hammer/object and back. This will minimalize any scraping of the skin and help you concentrate on receiving a bigger bang for your buck

I've been doing this for my hands & shins for about five weeks, I'm already noticing a sight difference in knuckle size

I don't hit I just press my knuckle in hard till the bone starts hurting and swelling
