Me and my friend recently did bonesmashing none of us Saw results and the Only thing it probably would work on would be the chin since it has the thickest cortical layer the other bones in the face probably wouldnt work or atleast didnt for us

You guys should bonemash each other for more effective results, should help you pass the pain threshold easier too

The pain wasnt the problem it was fun actually its just cope and causes damage more so than bone remodeling
