Bonesmashing: a mini rant

Holy hell the amount of shit I've been fed about bonesmashing is absurd, ignoring the androgenic bullshit about him bonesmashing and it acsending him, does it actually work? ive heard from both sides that "ohhh dud bonesmash for 20 minutes a day and you'll mog" so on and so forth. and the other party either calls me a gray (true though) or never gives me a cohesive answer. If bonesmashing genuinely does work I'd love to hear anyone's accounts on it because i need an at home way to ascend while i try get my pockets fatter than benjamin netinyahus chode

because its jumping around like a spaz. do you do them? has it worked out for yourself and do you have any viable proof of it?
yes bro ive grown 3 inches in 2 months after doing 30 mins of masai jumps a day.
bonesmashing my heels like craig also helped a lot.

Im having the same problem.
When ever people try to prove bone smashing works, first things they say is "Wolffs law". Which in theory makes sense. But the argument against wolffs law is that the physical tension by blunt force is will not stimulate bone growth as the law talks about mechanical tension on the bone, as in chewing and biting hard stuff which causes this hypertrophy.

But at the same time it does on theory make sense, when you damage the bone, it should grow stronger and bigger. I mean thats how broken bones heal up (stronger and less brittle)

exactly, when you first question wolffs law it begins to make sense. but the longer you think the less it makes sense. why do professional fighters not have protruding bones from repeatley being hit with (id assume 10x) the force of regular bonesmashing

Any bone atrophy is limited to the shape it already was genetically, bone smashing results are possible, but it's not bone, it's soft tissue. For bone growth you need open sutures at all

I think there may be like a genetic limit on how much the bone can actually grow after adapting. Almost like how are muscles are (you cannot grow them anymore after reaching you genetic limit).

But i wouldn't myself take bone smashing seriously. Maybe once or twice a week you could hit your zygomatics or mandible lightly to maybe stimulate hypertrophy.

A month ago i saw some guy uploading half his face being paralysed since he bone smashed and went to the hospital because he tweaked his nerves and blood vessels.

Most "bones mashing transformations" are more likely to be guys on steroids, finishing puberty/growth (because as you get older past puberty, you still gain some density), or people losing fat and getting lean

Yeah, I truly dont believe (over the last few weeks) that bonesmashing really does anything aside from give you a "pump" like effect around the targeted areas.
