Bonesmashing advice for me

Yoooo, can someone give me a guide on how to bonesmash zygos(ik the bone wont grow it will be tissue) but can yall give me advice on how strong do i hit zygos, for how long, how much reps and shit like that, please help me out

for zygos u need to hit harder and for reps and time its subjective, it depends, but i hit until i feel the pump

You shouldnt even do it at all grey

So like full strength, but like 2mm distance and i js hit them until i feel what type of pump?

what distance? u hit directly the bone
u will see what pump u will feel after 4-5 minutes of non-stop hitting
