Bonesmashing advice

I've started bonesmashing for about 2 days and my rasmus hurts when I touch it. Should I continue bonesmashing if my bones hurt or should I let them rest until it doesn't hurt anymore and THEN continue smashing them?

It depends on the type of pain. You know you are doing it right when you experience aching as opposed to sharp pain, which probably indicates you smashed too hard

As opposed to general micro fracture indication which displays as soreness or aching pain

And it shouldn’t be continuous after the second session

Hit harder so the body is forced to adapt

A part feels achy but another part feels like nerve pain or something along the lines of

What did you use and what was your intensity like
 
wait until the pain goes away. I usually bonesmash twice a week (monday and friday) also be aware your ramus is one of the hardest areas to bonesmash due to the amount of muscles and nerves and also because you don't want to be transmitting force into your jaw/temples
 
Stop smashing your face with a hammer. It's silly
