I've started bonesmashing for about 2 days and my rasmus hurts when I touch it. Should I continue bonesmashing if my bones hurt or should I let them rest until it doesn't hurt anymore and THEN continue smashing them?

You'll only ascend even more from here on

It depends on the type of pain. You know you are doing it right when you experience aching as opposed to sharp pain, which probably indicates you smashed too hard

As opposed to general micro fracture indication which displays as soreness or aching pain

And it shouldn’t be continuous after the second session

Hit harder so the body is forced to adapt

What did you use and what was your intensity like

wait until the pain goes away. I usually bonesmash twice a week (monday and friday) also be aware your ramus is one of the hardest areas to bonesmash due to the amount of muscles and nerves and also because you don't want to be transmitting force into your jaw/temples

Stop smashing your face with a hammer. It's silly

What results have you seen with bond smashing

eh dont bonesmash, just use a massage gun and vibrate bones. could possibly be better?

@Rigged could prolly explain more on this.

Bonesmashing works in a technical sense but hed have to find a way to actually hit the bone evenly accross the whole surface, which isnt possible. Vibration is better but again same problem as before

not much tbh but the temporary swelling is great and I haven't done it long or consistently enough to get permanent results but its probably possible

but won't the massage gun ensure that force is spread evenly throughout instead of our hands? I mean the gun is a machine so it shouldn't have any inconsistencies

It can control force but not force distribution

For an analogy

Imagine theres a human (cheekbone)

And he het gets punched by another human (hammer), the amount of power in each punch will always be different

Now u get a machine (massage gun) that hits u at the same strength every single time

The issue here is even tho u are getting hit with the same amount of force, to get pain (growth) evenly, u must get hit by both the same amount of strength and also get hit everywhere all at once

And u might say u could set a timer for both cheekbones, the thing is its not divided by cheekbone, but by the area thats hit

So if ur massage gun is 1/10th the size of ur cheekbones, than ud have to rotate between 20 spots for even growth, and even than ur not accounting for curvature which makes it even harder

Its like only training the lower part of ur left chest, it would look weird

damn thanks for the analogy, so is there a way to do it correctly then?

U cant, its possible but ud have to engineer a device, which i doubt u would care to do, also i left out a factor where, each part of the cheekbone also requires different amount of force

So not only do u need a consistent force
A force than can be disrupted evenly
U also need a force that can adapt based on the location hit

Again for another analogy ;)
Imagine theres a 300 pound guy (denser/larger part of the cheekbone) and a 100 pound (less dense/smaller) guy, both will need to lift different weights (force) to gain muscle (bone mass), if u give both 100 lbs, the 300 pound wont gain, if u give both 300, the 100 lb will yk die

Also the reason u see the guys bonesmashing with even cheekbones, its because they arent actually gaining any size, for example clavicular, the reason his cheekbones look even is because he didnt gain, wether he thinks so or not

Advice: don't do it it's a fucking meme

then why are they bigger

then why are they bigger
Now to clarify, bonesmashing works, just not how ppl think, and for most ppl who think its worked for them, it actually hasnt
